Applying tiered pricing to customers buying new who already own previous versions

A note appears in the product page that they own X number of products and to contact us with link.

Administrator can then create new order in back end like so

1. Create new order
2. Set order to pending payment
3. Add number of product to order
4. Click ‘pen’ near order price and edit price. You will need to work out what tier pricing cost to use.
5. Double check price is correct!
6. Check all other details and then update
7. Customer will receive email they have a order pending with link. On clicking on link they will be directed to our site and can make payment directly.
8. Usual process then follows.
