If you are having issues with Archibites Libraries after upgrading to a new version of Archicad please check the following.
- Check you only have 1 Archibites library loaded (no trial version or any other versions in any folders)
- Ensure you are have the latest Archicad hotfix installed.

Ensure the license code we have recorded on our website (within archibites my account page) is still current when you upgraded to the new version of Archicad. If you did change it, please let us know after updating on our site. Instructions for subscription license which is the only license provided by Graphisoft for Archicad v29 and above is here, see METHOD 1.

- As per our terms we provide libraries and maintenance released for the current version and 2 versions back.
- Archibites libraries for new versions of Archicad than the one you purchased are provided free of charge unless the tools and objects have to be upgraded for compatibility.
