Formerly known as Parking Lot Maker, the new Archibites Parking Version 5 brings a sophisticated level of customization to an object many ArchiCAD user’s have in their toolbox.

Intelligent Zoning & Assignment. With the introduction of Zones, assign individual spaces to specific user groups—such as visitors, staff, or residents—even within the same object instance. Schedule each zone with subtotals and grand totals.
Instant Project-Wide Calculations. Get precise data at your fingertips. Calculate total spaces per zone across your entire project instantly, making compliance checks and yield analysis faster.
The Power of Accessories. Version 5 introduces 11 built-in accessories, effectively giving you 11 objects in one. Choose from cars, library parts, bollards, wheel stops, accessible shared zones, to name a few. Each Accessory provided further customization for additional variations.
On the go control. Each space features a convenient plan-view hotspot, allowing you to toggle or customize accessories and/or zones for that specific spot without affecting the rest of the row.
Advanced Scheduling. In addition to zone quantities, schedules work harder. Beyond just counting spaces/stalls, you can now schedule specific accessories —perfect for generating accurate quantities for wheel stops, accessible spaces, bollards, etc.
Global Visibility with MVO Integration. In-built Archibites Model View Options gives you visibility control across the entire project. This enables seamless documentation control for different drawing types and clash detection of clearances.
Inbuilt Standards. Full customisation of compliance clearances is provided to enable your local standards to be setup. Additional for Australian and New Zealand users local standards are built in for optional use. Visible in 3d, clash detection now acheivable.

Accessories

Accessories allow many additional features to be shown

Choose from 11 accessories each with their own sub-settings. Choose from your own library part, text, car, bicycle, motorbike, wheel stop, bollard/post, compliance outlines, signs, weighted/thick line fills, and extra linework.
Assign multiple accessories to the same space or the same accessory to different spaces with different settings.
Each accessory has its own 2D/3D visibility control, dimensions, pens, fills, and materials.
Assign the accessory to show on all spaces, at a random density, or control for each space by assigning a specific hotspot position on the floor plan.
Advanced controls allow accessories to overwrite hide linemarking for that space or remove space from schedule counts.
